Enjoyed the stay. Holiday inn never dissappoints, and I really appreciate their hospitality. Great service, good food , excellent rooms, and great view of the city. Loved the stay , and would recommend anyone travelling to cardiff

Great location and hotel. The room was very comfortable and the desk staff was helpful. Can’t say enough about the location. Across from a nice park and Cardiff Castle.

Hotel was great. In the perfect location for a concert in Cardiff castle. Staff were helpful and the room was very good. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Excellent location, close to the castle and Cardiff market with great range of food choice. Comfortable huge bed. Spacious bathroom. Excellent front desk services who has helped me to register loyalty program to get free parking.

Great location and excellent service. We were able to keep our luggage with the reception for around an hour after checkout and come back to pick it up. The shower area has no hair conditioner though. Overall great place.
